iPhone 8 News & Update: Rear Fingerprint Scanner Makes a Comeback
Famous leakster Benjamin Geskin is now back in the headlines. His recent tweets in regards to a mock-up or prototype of Apple's 10th anniversary iPhone has been creating quite a buzz, find out why.
iPhone 8 Rear Fingerprint Scanner
When leaks of the upcoming iPhone 8 started coming out, people were disappointed with the idea of moving the iPhone's fingerprint sensor on the back of the device. Design wise, it was unappealing and to what is considered by many as a step back from what should be the future tech the iPhone 8 needs to possess.
Unfortunately, these iPhone fans' greatest design fear, might just be happening as recent photos of what could be an iPhone 8 prototype has been leaked. Benjamin Gaskin tweeted a very detailed mock-up of what the iPhone 8's hardware composition could look like.

This recent tweet by Gaskin, intrigues a ton of people as another famous leakster in Sonny Dickson who's had a history of accurately predicting iPhone designs in the past, seems to be supporting this leak. Sonny Dickson, tweeted an iPhone 8 diagram, sporting the fingerprint cutout on its back last month.

This does contradict, most of the leaks we been hearing in the past weeks. Such as the metal build of the past iPhones would now be replaced with a glass and metal sandwich, a bezel-less display and most of all, a fingerprint scanner embedded on the iPhone 8's screen.
