Xiaomi Mi Note 3 News: Launch Date Revealed & Specs Include MIUI 9

Xiaomi is reportedly planning to launch Mi Note 3, which is expected to feature premium specifications compared to the recently launched of Mi 6.

Apart from the high-end specs, Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is rumored to feature a massive battery capacity. It is also expected that he will be the company’s flagship phone of the year. It is more likely that Xiaomi is planning to launch the handset in the fourth quarter of the year.

Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with an Adreno 540 GPU as well as MIUI 9 onboard. The MIUI 9 will bring a couple of enhanced performance and new features. It includes multi-window support, quick reply from notifications, optimized dose mode, RAM optimization, improved data saver, Always-on VPN, call screening feature, dual space feature, and dual apps. It will be available in two variants according to storage capacity: a 128GB variant with 6GB RAM and 256GB variant with 8GB RAM.

It will feature 5.7-inch QHD curved AMOLED display with 2560 × 1440 screen resolution. The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 will sport two camera snappers on the back and the phone will offer even better image quality. The dual camera setup has 12MP wide-angle lens with 4-axis optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens.

Xiaomi Mi Note 3 will have 4070mAh non-removable battery. Moreover, it will have Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4.0 technology support for fast charging. It is reported to be made out of metal and glass or metal and ceramic depending on the variant.

The possible availability of Xiaomi Mi Note 3 will follow soon after the official launch. The price tag of the handset will vary according to the storage. The 128GB version with 6GB RAM will reportedly cost $599. Interested buyers will need to shell out $100 more for the 256GB variant with 8GB RAM.
