George R.R. Martin Still Working On 'The Winds Of Winter', Writer Busy With 'Games Of Thrones' Script

George R.R. Martin Confirms “The Winds of Winter” Release Date in 2016

Once again, George R.R. Martin spoils its fans and admitted that he is still working with the much-awaited "The Winds of Winter". Sources even revealed that the said writer has been consumed with other things that he set aside the said book. With that, fans are still asking what could they expect from Martin with regards to "The Winds Of Winter"? Would its release still be possible?

There is no doubt that George R.R. Marin is the most renowned writer to date. As a matter of fact, detail about his upcoming novel "The Winds of Winter" went viral online. The said book is another installment of the "A Song of Ice and Fire", where "Game Of Thrones" was referred to. Moreover, it was told that TWOW of would be evident in the TV series in its sixth season.

However, it seems like Martin is in need of more time, despite the fact that the seventh season of the show is about to be launched in July. Sources told that the said writer has been very busy with updating some of the scripts from the "Game of Thrones" franchise. Not just that, he also admitted in LiveJournal that he is still working on "The Winds of Winter".

Martin also assured his avid readers that he would finish the book up until it is ready for release in the market, a great indicator that "The Winds of Winter" is really happening. Publications told that the author would not be able to focus on the said novel only as he juggles with different work commitments to date. As George stated in his journal, "I will confess, I do wish I could clone myself, or find a way to squeeze more hours into the day, or a way to go without sleep. But this is what it is, so I keep on juggling."

As per Digital Spy, George R.R. Martin admitted that "The Winds of Winter" might be released this year. With that, fans couldn't wait to see another masterpiece from the iconic author.
