‘Star Wars Battlefront’ DLC Will Have New In-Game Features; Release Date Announced!
"Star Wars Battlefront" DLC will have new features in the game that will add variety for the players, according to Gamespot.
A few weeks ago, "Star Wars Battlefront" had a beta launch for fans to try out. The beta test compared which console was better to play the game on and it turns out that PlayStation 4 won. After a few days, the "Star Wars Battlefront" Ultimate Edition was announced with the increase of DLCs to acquire in the game.
Electronic Arts, the game publisher, has not said all of the details for the $50 DLC pass that was announced last month, but now some have learned information of some items to be included, according to sources. EA COO Peter Moore has offered a small detail for the DLC pass.
The DLC pass will add "new worlds" and more weapons to the game, according to iDigitalTimes.
"What we've announced is four extra packs over the next 12-18 months coming post launch," Moore said. "You'll see new universes, you're gonna see new player actions, obviously new weaponry as well."
There are no details for the "new universes" but some guess that it will be multiplayer maps which were not included in the 12 maps that were included in the launch. More details are expected to be revealed soon in the coming weeks, according to sources.
The DLC pass buyers will also get first access to the content before it will be available for everyone to purchase, according to Stuff.
The "Star Wars Battlefront" DLC pass will have a price tag of $50. Those who want to buy the content individually will have to pay $10 more compared to the DLC pass.
"Star Wars Battlefront" will be available on Nov. 17 for new generation consoles like the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One and it will also be available on the PC.
