Microsoft Xbox Scorpio Dev Updates: Project Scorpio Updated For Enhanced User-Experience
Several reports that are published in the recent past have indicated that the development kit of the latest Project Scorpio version will apparently be featuring a screen on the front panel of the Xbox Scorpio Dev. If this indeed turns out to be true then it will enable the device to showcase several technical details such as the current frame-rate among other things directly to the users. However, this is not all.
According to what Gamespot reported recently, the revamped development kit version of Xbox Scorpio Dev comes with a front display panel which as described by Windows Central's Jez Corden is full programmable and it does come with more than just one option.
Windows Central's Jez Corden took to Twitter to publish a self-explanatory video that details out all that can be availed in the Xbox Scorpio Dev. He went on to suggest that besides the already-obvious mundane options such as displaying different fonts, the device will also reportedly provide information on actual videos that are playing.
Jez Corden detailed out an example as well, wherein he played a computer-generated dolphin swimming around in a pool of water. He suggested that through the Xbox Scorpio Dev, he was able to customise the video by adding or even completely removing the subject, i.e. in this case the dolphins out of the video, reports GamesRadar.
Moreover, there is also an option that allows the users to add twelve more dolphins at once to the video. The new update expands the variety of possibilities that can possibly be carried out while editing a simple video through the use of Xbox Scorpio Dev.
To recall, Microsoft even released the official images of the Scorpio development kit recently. Through these images, it was understood that the system is primarily designed to develop games and software likewise. However, none of the above given information has been confirmed by the company as yet.
