Millions of players are eagerly waiting for the most popular Pokemon game for their gaming consoles. It is expected that the Nintendo Switch players can get an upgraded version of "Pokemon Sun and Moon" in the form of "Pokemon Stars." But now Nintendo can consider launching the game for its 3DS gaming consoles rather than Switch.

There are many strong defenses that the upcoming Pokemon game might be launched for Nintendo 3DS instead of Nintendo Switch. Although the CEO of Pokemon Company Tsunekazu Ishihara has promised to deliver a Pokemon Game soon, he didn't reveal the gaming console for which they are creating the new Pokemon Game. So, the chances that "Pokemon Stars" can be launched for Nintendo 3DS instead of Switch.

In addition to this, while interviewing with the Japanese publisher, the CEO even stated that Nintendo Switch is a handheld device and it will be going to be extremely difficult for them to create a Pokemon game for such a portable device. He added that simply combining two games "Pokemon Sun and Moon" to form "Pokemon Stars" is not their strategy. This hints that the company is looking something bigger than expected.

Furthermore, the Pokemon Company executive even revealed that they have to face many challenges for making a Pokemon game for a portable gaming console like Nintendo Switch. This further clarifies that the company might consider a different gaming console for which the game can be easy to develop.
