Windows 10 update

There has been ongoing news admitting that if users would want to use the all new Windows 10 S Operating System, they would be prohibited to use Google Search and even the Google Chrome browser. As a matter of fact, Microsoft already confirmed this reports last Wednesday.

According to Fortune, Microsoft recently revealed the Windows 10 S, admitting that it is much slimmed down and faster than the old operating systems. Sources told that the system's availability on inexpensive PCs would be the main goal of its presence, so as to attract different categories such as schools. Moreover, it was remembered that Google already had one like those as they launched Chrome OS and Google Search before.

Back to the Windows S, the product's site admitted that the system works perfectly with apps coming from the Windows store, which could be the clear reason why Chrome is not made available. It is believed that even if users would try to download a specific browser that is non-Microsoft in nature, Edge would still be the default browser of the system.

In a statement given by the Microsoft spokeswoman, she told that the Bing and Microsoft Edge would be able to meet the need of every user of Windows 10 s. As she stated:

"We believe Microsoft Edge and Bing provide the best and most secure experience on Windows 10 S. Customers are in control of their Windows experience and users who prefer to install apps from outside the Windows Store and modify default settings can choose Windows 10 Pro instead."

Meanwhile, Business Insider reported that the action of Microsoft towards Windows 10 S gained a lot of negative feedback from its users. Experts believed that this would sacrifice the flexibility of the system, as Google Search is way more popular than Bing.
