South-Korean music band TWICE has been making quite a few headlines lately - all for good reasons. They have been expected to debut their new album called Signal on May 15, but there is another reason for them to celebrate their existence.
According to a report published by Pop Crush, TWICE's music video called 'TT' has managed to break endless records, by securing the number one position as far as the most viewed K-Pop song is concerned. It is the first time in history that this band has managed to pull such a deed off.
The band TWICE is known for numerous songs such as "Knock Knock," "I Got A Boy" and other songs. According to another report published by SBS, the new accomplishment has managed to send the TWICE fans into a frenzy of sorts. In fact, a fan war between several groups has also emerged on comment sections on YouTube and other forums wherein fans' discussions essentially take place.
Mostly, one can observe fans praising and encouraging the band to produce more such similar songs. The video 'TT' has apparently managed to garner over 189 million views. What's more? The number is only rising. The most views that Twice has ever received is 100 million and that was earlier this year back in January.
TWICE is widely recognized to be the fastest K-Pop music band to garner popularity in a short span of time. Their three-day concert that took place earlier this year managed to sell out within minutes.
Separately, TWICE is reportedly going to release a special album that goes by the name of Twicecoaster: Lane 2 sometime soon as well. No other information regarding the band's future plans has been revealed yet. Stay tuned for more 'TT' and TWICE updates.
