Based to these, the Project Scorpio is indeed the most powerful gaming console today, although it hasn't released yet.

Xbox Project Scorpio, on the other hand, will have an 8 core x86 CPU at 2.3GHz, using AMD custom GPU at 1,172MHz with 40 compute units, 12GB GDDR5 memory, 326GB/s memory bandwidth, 1TB 2.5 inch HDD storage, and compatible with 4K and HDR support.
