Yang Yoseob Reunites With Fellow ‘The Voice Kids’ Contestants Five Years After Judging On The Show
Yang Yoseob recently reunited with some of the contestants he met when he judged on "The Voice Kids" five years ago. On this week's episode of "I Can See Your Voice" Season 4, duo Jung Sa Kang and Lee Eun Sung caught everyone's attention when they sang with their hair covering most parts of their faces. Yang Yoseob was especially focused on the two since they also performed a rendition of his song, "Caffeine."
Following the duo's performance, Yang Yoseob recognized Jung Sa Kang and shouted his name. According to Soompi, the duo also auditioned for "The Voice Kids" several years ago, and Jung Sa Kang was even part of Yang Yoseob's team at that time.
Meanwhile, Jung Sa Kang and Lee Eun Sung will be performing with Yang Yoseob and his group, Highlight, in the finale episode of "I Can See Your Voice" Season 4 - they will be singing the group's hit track, "Plz Don't Be Sad."
It was also revealed that Jung Sa Kang and Lee Eun Sung are members of The East Light, and their first single, "Holla," was released in 2016. The East Light will be making a comeback with their second single on May 18.
In other news, Yang Yoseob recently revealed why some of his fans don't like taking photos with him. During his interview on KBS 2TV's "1 vs. 100," the singer recounted a time when one fan said that he wouldn't take a photo with him after the concert.
"After concerts, there are times when we take photos with fans, and I get pushed to the front. There was once a fan holding a placard that said, 'I'm not going to take photos with Yoseob oppa.' I was really hurt that time," he said. Since then, Yang Yoseob has become more careful with taking fan photos.
