Samsung could announce its Galaxy J5 (2017) for U.S market sometime soon as it has already cleared the FCC certification. The same smartphone has received the Wi-Fi certification three months back.

We have come across quite a lot of leaked pictures of Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017). All these rumors and listings revealed one or the other information about the upcoming budget-friendly smartphone. Particularly when the Galaxy J5 (2017) has cleared Wi-Fi certification, we got to know more about its specs and feature. Now, FCC is giving away some more information regarding its specifications.

The three variants of Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) smartphone with model number SM-J530GM, SM-530YM/DS, and SM-J530GM/DS has cleared the FCC certification. The smartphone is said to run on latest OS Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. However, no much information is revealed by the FCC listing, as reported Gizbot.

On the other hand, in Wi-Fi listing, we got to know that the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) will sport a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display. The upcoming budget-friendly smartphone will be equipped with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB onboard storage. The smartphone is said to have a 3,100mAh battery to power enough juice to it, according to Android Authority.

Other leaks so far regarding Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) suggest that the phone will come with a 12-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel selfie camera, according to GSM Arena. The recently leaked images make us feel that Galaxy J5 (2017) may be a mid-range smartphone with a matte finish. Only we could understand that the camera had a LED and no more information was revealed about the design of the smartphone.
