SISTAR Marks Comeback This Summer, Album's Set To Release Next Month
SISTAR is all pumped up to go back to the stage and that they would reveal something new in the entertainment industry this summer. Sources told that the girl group is currently preparing for their upcoming album while hoping that they would make a huge comeback this coming June. It was also reiterated that the release date for the album and some of its detail is still uncertain and would be revealed in the near future.
According to Soompi, May 2 has been one of the memorable dates for the fans of the popular girl group SISTAR. News revealed that the agency of the group, Starship Entertainment, issue a statement reporting that the Korean artists would be coming back this year. As it was stated:
"SISTAR is preparing for their new album, aiming for a June comeback. The exact release date and album details are still in discussion."
It was remembered that each member of SISTAR has been very busy with their individual lives that fans already missed them. Thus, their agency made something that fans would really look forward to as the group enters the big stage once again.
As per Yonhap News, Hyolyn, one of Sistar's members, released an album of her own last November. She also performed in a K-pop showcase in Austin, Texas, which eventually yielded into a solo North American Tour.
Other than Hyolyn, Soyou already made a name for herself as she starred in three of the hit TV series in South Korea, Love in the Moonlight, Guardian: The Lonely and Great God. The SISTAR member also released a song with Baekhyun entitled "Rain"
Moreover, Sistar has been well-known for being described as the "summer queens". The group had hit music that became an anthem in some parts of the world, which include Shake It, I Swear and Loving You. With that, fans are greatly hoping that their music this year would be way greater than their songs before.
