AMD Radeon RX Vega Release Date & Update: Graphics Card Arriving This Quarter & Might Come In Bundle With ‘Quake Champions’ Game
AMD Radeon RX Vega graphics card is now confirmed coming this second quarter of the year, however, we are still not sure when exactly this hardware will be released. According to the company announcement, the graphics card will be released anytime this quarter, but they don't point out the specific date of the schedule.
However, based on the latest reports, the AMD Radeon RX Vega graphics card is now expected to arrive this coming Computex 2017 event which will be held in Taiwan and it will start on May 30 and run until June 3 2017. Also, another report leaked the alleged packaging design of the upcoming hardware it shows surprise to the consumers.
According to the Video Cardz, the Informatica Cero contacted them and share the interesting alleged packaging of the AMD Radeon RX Vega. The packaging shows a simple logo and the name of the graphics card product and a picture of an unreleased game, the "Quake Champions."
In this case, a lot of rumors and speculations suggesting that this "Quake Champions" game and AMD Radeon RX Vega graphics card might release in bundle. Both are current don't have an official releasing schedule, so this leak might suggest that both will arrive at the same time.
The allegedly leaked packaging image of the AMD Radeon RX Vega does not show an intricate design. In fact, it was very simple that it does not reflect the new specifications except the already known features retained from the previous Radeon RX 500, the source noted.
Also, the alleged leaked packaging of the hardware reflects the title "AMD Radeon RX Vega" and the marketing slogan "Bring Gaming to Life." It also contains the features of the current Radeon RX 500 such as the DirectX 12, FreeSync 2, Radeon Chill, Vulkan, and Radeon ReLive live capture support, which experts suggest that the new graphics card might not be extremely different from the current card.
