Based on these specs, this Scorpio console has a CPU that is 30% faster than the original Xbox One, while its GPU is 4.6 times more powerful than its predecessor.
Also, what the console experts really amazed with this Xbox Project Scorpio is the 8GB of memory, which is up from the 5GB found in the Xbox One console. It allows the console to process art assets, making it easier to run the 4K resolution visuals at higher speeds.
In the price aspect, the Xbox Project Scorpio could cost potentially launch with a higher price amount in some regions, especially in the UK. The Microsoft is expected to reveal the Scorpio console price point at the E3 2017 gaming expo.
Garry Williams of Sold Out Sales and Marketing has speculated that the Xbox Project Scorpio console could cost as much as £499 if Microsoft uses Brexit as an excuse to go higher in the UK. As he explains, "the specs suggest a £449 price point, this is perceived as a higher tier machine, but with the Brexit as an excuse to go higher, migrating console pricing towards the level of a higher end PC must be one goal, so maybe even £499."
