Updates keep coming in with Square Enix's "Final Fantasy 15" as a new patch is slated to go online later in the week. Alongside the new game tweak is a rather unusual weapon that blasts out club beats other than its main purpose of whacking evil baddies.

Named after the Dutch disc jock, remixer, and record producer Afrojack (Nick van de Wall), the new weapon - the Afrosword is slated to debut in "Final Fantasy 15" on April 27, according to Siliconera. The DJ himself even announced such news on Square Enix's YouTube channel as he revealed that he is friends with the game's lead designer.

As shown above, the weapon is made up of four DJ decks that whenever it is equipped, club beats can be heard from it while Noctis and his crew hack and slash their way to their quest. Afrojack also announced that the weapon can be unlocked once players have beaten the new Timed Quest for "Final Fantasy 15," Polygon noted. Nevertheless, the upcoming weapon is not getting much love as of late. Readers of the publication are pretty much irked about it as the tech website even deemed it as silly.

Aside from the Afrosword, other tweaks that are in the new patch include additional car decals for the Regalia and new songs for the music player. Moreover, the font size for "Final Fantasy 15" subtitles can now be customized alongside the new Stable Mode to be included within PlayStation 4 Pro's screen options. Lastly, the aforementioned Timed Quest game mode where the musical melee weapon can be unlocked.

As mentioned, "Final Fantasy 15's" latest patch will go full throttle on Thursday, April 27. Check out a couple of videos featuring Afrojack and a gameplay featuring the Afrosword:
