HTC 11, or HTC Ocean, is the new highly awaited flagship device that is surrounded with rumors of unofficial updates. The recent one claims that the upcoming smartphone will feature IP57, while HTC U Ultra series  will not have 3.5mm jack.

Latest HTC 11 Leaks Add Solid Evidence For The Rumored Specs. The latest HTC 11 leaks bear some evidence that the rumors about the likely specs and design may be true. In a Twitter post, LlabTooFeR, a known industry insider revealed that the flagship device will come with an IP57 feature for dust and water protection. Meantime, the Twitter post also mentioned that it will not have the 3.5 mm headphone jack.

HTC 11, meanwhile, is not the first smartphone from the company that does not have the 3.5mm headphone jack, or in fact, not the first major flagship that does not have the feature. According to reports, the Sprint-bound HTC Bolt of 2016 did not also get the headphone jack.

Nevertheless, HTC 11 is expected to become the first HTC-manufactured device that will be powered by Qualcomm's first 10nm SoC, which is believed to be notably more powerful compared to the HTC U Ultra. Meanwhile, there is still no official announcement regarding the release date, Blasting News reported.

HTC 11 Specs Revealed On New Leaks. HTC 11 is expected to sport a glass design on the front and back, including notable bezels, which is in contrast to the recent flagship devices from LG and Samsung. The leaks further suggest of a physical home button on the front, which could mean that there will be no rear fingerprint scanner.

Moreover, the new HTC 11 is also rumored to come with a 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 display, 4 GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 835 chipset and a 12MP rear camera. While the leaks cite some previous reports that list some of these specs that appear to confirm those specs, it is also important to note that HTC has not given any official announcement yet, Trusted Reviews reported.
