Dropbox - basic guide into dropbox

Good news for the Android users of Dropbox apps, the new app update will bring the very useful feature of the Dropbox to the new Operating System. Android users can now scan the documents using their smartphone and save them as PDF files.

The new Android Dropbox apps scanner will let you scan documents, printed or handwritten, and makes it easy for you to backup your photos and upload other files directly to your cloud storage. Using this new scanner feature is very easy, using the apps, just take a snap photo of the documents. You can rotate and even crop the photo before saving them to Dropbox as a new PDF format.

If you are curious if these scanned documents can be edited like editing what exactly is written on it, unfortunately, the apps still don't have this kind of features, but maybe they will eventually end up there. This scanner feature of the Dropbox app was first launched on iOS devices before bringing them on Androids.

Additionally, users with a business account on Dropbox will have the added bonus on their apps. They can also search content and keywords on the scanned documents, very quick and useful feature to the app.

Aside from the Dropbox Android apps, the Dropbox Paper also gets the new update for better services to its user. There are three major changes in the Paper apps, but the most amazing in these three is the new Offline mode.

Sometimes, managing and editing documents online get too long and take time. It is even difficult if you are on the trip using a smartphone, which sometimes internet connection is not consistent. With the new Offline mode in Dropbox Paper apps, you don't need to worry about the connection anymore. You can now edit your documents offline and sync it when you find a connection.

The Dropbox Paper update is now available in Google Play Store. The Dropbox apps, on the other hand, hasn't yet lived in the store, but it will arrive soon.
