‘Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft’ New Exploit Discovered After ‘Journey to Un’Goro’ Update

After the release of the latest expansion pack for “Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft” “Journey to Ungoro”, a player have discovered a new exploit that ruins the online matches of the game. The update was just released two days ago and already a player has found a problem that can kill competitive matches.

According to reports, the exploit was first discovered by DisguisedToast, who is a popular game streamer of Hearthstone, and uploaded the video how to do it. In the video, he is seen combining two new cards called Radiant Elemental and Shadow Vision where one card copies itself while the other makes the step free. Although this trick doesn’t really affect the gameplay or get the player to win the match, the exploit is found in the animation of the cards.

The trick in the card animation allows the player to take their time playing their cards while the animation plays. And since it continues to play, the gamer will continue to play their games until they are done. In DisguisedToast’s video, the loop animation went on until it’s the other player’s turn so the opponent couldn’t make any move. This goes on until the timer runs out causing the player to miss his turn.

As of the moment, reports says the exploit is still present and Blizzard has yet to release a statement regarding the issue. However, the game is known not to take any form of exploitation lightly so it is expected that an update will be released soon to fix the update. This isn’t good news for many players, especially since Blizzard just recently raised the prices of the card pack and made players depend on random elements in their game. Another popular player, LifeCoach, has decided to leave the game so this news isn’t good as it can encourage more players to quit “Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft”.
