The "Monopoly: Dragon Ball Z Edition's" box set features the characters Son Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, and Trunks.

"The fast-dealing property trading game" that is Monopoly still sells like pancakes albeit being around for eight decades. After their previous tie-ups with known franchises such as "Attack on Titan," "Final Fantasy," and "Game of Thrones," the renowned board has just revealed their latest team up with Akira Toriyama's "Dragon Ball" mythos.

The typical play pieces of the upcoming render of the board game will be replaced by "Dragon Ball Z's" beloved characters which are Son Goku, Son Gohan, and the Saiyan prince Vegeta, according to USAopoly. Per the games' description, players will be taking the chance in becoming the strongest and at the same time wealthiest being in the universe and at the same time cross paths with well-known collectives namely the Capsule Corporation and the evil Red  Ribbon Army.

Furthermore, other beloved characters of the lore like Master Roshi and Bulma will also be present in "Monopoly: Dragon Ball Z Edition" as they aid the above-mentioned Saiyans in their quest in becoming the richest in the universe. It is also expected that the board elements will remain faithful to the anime's rich and long history.

In line with this, the "Dragon Ball Z" edition of the game has tweaked collectible items that are based on the anime series. The items - also known as tokens, that have been altered are the Dragon Radar, a Saiyan armor, the turtle shell from Master Roshi, Trunk's sword, DynoCap, and even Son Goku's four-star Dragon Ball.

Even the currency of the "Dragon Ball Z" Monopoly game is said to be altered as well. Hence, fans of both game and the anime franchise can expect to make deals using the Zenni money, Crunchyroll reported.

As of late, Monopoly: Dragon Ball Z Edition" is available on pre-order and can be bought at $39.95. Nonetheless, USAopoly has yet to announce a definite date for its release.
