Park Bo Gum Briefly Joins ‘Running Man’ For Song Ji Hyo, Lee Kwang Soo; Actor Dubbed As A ‘Celebrity Without Haters’
"Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" actor Park Bo Gum is confirmed to appear in the upcoming episode of "Running Man." This will mark the second time the actor makes a special appearance in the hit SBS variety show.
According to Soompi, an insider from SBS confirmed that Park Bo Gum participated in the filming of the new "Running Man" episode which will air on Sunday, March 12. The episode, whose recording took place on Monday, March 6, saw the "Running Man" cast members - Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Song Ji Hyo and Lee Kwang Soo - working in pairs to complete missions that would require them to ask help from their acquaintances.
The "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" star is reportedly making a brief appearance in the long-running SBS show to help the team of Song Ji Hyo and Lee Kwang Soo. It can be recalled that the last time Park Bo Gum briefly joined "Running Man," he also helped Song Ji Hyo complete her mission. The actress in particular admitted to being a celebrity fan of Park Bo Gum, who is widely popular among his fellow stars and fans for his good-natured character and politeness.
Meanwhile, Park Bo Gum's popularity continues to soar months after his last drama "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" concluded. Just recently, Park Bo Gum earned the informal title as "the celebrity without any haters" due to his charming personality and amiable working relationship with his co-stars behind the scenes, according to IB Times.
During a recent fan meet in Singapore, the 23-year-old-actor was asked whether he felt burdened in any way because of such title. He replied, "Not at all, the most important thing to me is facing people head on, and focusing on not disappointing the public."
True to his words, Park Bo Gum did not disappoint his fans at the said event by entertaining them the best way he could. Aside from re-enacting some of his drama scenes, the actor also treated his fans to fun games and surprised them with a letter and gifts.
