Lee Soo-Hyeok Now Part Of YG Entertainment With Labels BIGBANG, CL, WINNER, Sandara Park
Lee Soo-Hyeok joins a new management agency. As reports suggest, the Korean actor has just signed in with YG Entertainment.
Following his debut as a model in 2006, Lee Soo-Hyeok was included in the 2011 ensemble drama "Drama Special - White Christmas." According to reports, the model-turned-actor changed management companies to Star J Entertainment in 2014 and had his first offer to portray a second male lead in "The King of High School Manners." However, after several second male leads for three years, the Korean actor now moves on to YG Entertainment.
Lee Soo-Hyeok's last change of management, gave way for more opportunities, resulting in offers for second male lead roles. There are also speculations that his last movie has been motivated by his desire to do leading male roles. In fact, during the past three years, Lee Soo-Hyeok was able to demonstrate his acting range beyond his aloof and icy image as a model, as a charming loser in "Neighborhood Hero," including his role in "Scholar Who Walks the Night."
Lee Soo-Hyeok's fans believe that their idol may have started considering taking advantage of the acting offers when his fellow model-turned-actor Kim Young-Kwang was given a leading role in "The Man In My House." They are hopeful that YG Entertainment will also make this happen to Lee, Hancinema reported.
Meanwhile, Lee Soo Hyuk also finds himself in good company in his new agency, given the fact that he is friends with other YG Entertainment talent, BIGBANG's G-Dragon. In an interview, Lee praised G-Dragon, saying that the BIGBANG leader is an awesome friend to hang around with and that there are so many things to learn from him.
Lee Soo Hyuk also took note of G-Dragon's style, which Lee believes clearly expresses his individuality. However, he also admitted that he is not the type who can imitate the distinct sense of style of the rapper, Asia Starz reported. Watch Lee Soo Hyuk / 이수혁 Stomping Down the Runway here:
