Game fans waiting for the beta test for the upcoming "Mass Effect: Andromeda" were disappointed when game developer Bioware announced that there will be none. They were then treated to some of the game's multiplayer screenshots, like character selection, customization options and more bits and pieces of the game to give them a glimpse of what to expect.

Fernando Melo, the studio's producer, decided to share several images on his Twitter account. He has been uploading an image a day since March 2, GameZone reports.

Some of Melo's tweets said, "On the 2nd day of MP-mas, the MP dev team gave to you...." Another one said, "On the 3rd day of MP-mas (MP Santa was a bit busy so a little late today), the MP dev team gave to you - some MP customization..."

Female "Mass Effect: Andromeda" charters of different races will also be playable on the multiplayer aspect of the game. However, players will only be able to customize the armor and the character's faces will be off limits.

Additionally, the latest game of the series will be using multiplayer elements from its predecessor, "Mass Effect 3." Gamers will be able to purchase packs that will help unlock items as they gain levels. The decision to cancel the beta test for the game, on the other hand, came upon the fact that the studio has performed an extensive in-house testing already.

Meanwhile, it has been known already that "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will let players explore worlds in order to find livable planets. Other life forms will eventually be discovered as well. The latest gameplay video shows a glimpse of what players will soon experience, reported Gizmodo.

The game trailer showed a harsh, desert world called Elaaden. It is just one of the more than 100 planets to explore. Before a player can build an outpost, they need to be friendly with the locals and try to assist in solving their environmental problem. In this case, the oppressive heat.
