"Goblin" leading man Gong Yoo finally revealed his plans now that his fantasy drama with tvN already ended. Management Soop, his agency, issued a statement that the actor will hold fan meetings starting in April. The exact place and date for the meet-and-greet are yet to be announced but the event would definitely happen.

According to earlier reports, Gong Yoo is going to take a break by mid-March. The actor is currently in Dubai to film a commercial but he is going to return to Korea soon. The 39-year-old will also be visiting Hong Kong and Taiwan right after his fan meeting in Korea.

Since it is the actor's 10th year anniversary in the industry, he is planning to thanks his fans personally. His agency released an earlier statement that his next project might be another TV series although it is more likely that it is going to be a movie. Gong Yoo's role as Kim Shin in the tvN series "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" or more popularly known internationally as "Goblin" increased his popularity. In fact, there were reports that 15 countries invited him.

While information on the fan event in Korea is yet to be revealed, some media outlets suggest that the actor is going to hold a charity bazaar with his fans. According to Soop Entertainment, this is an activity that Gong Yoo always wanted to do with his fans. The actor whose recent projects "Goblin" and "Train to Busan" became blockbusters not just in Korea but also abroad, wanted to look for a means to give back to the community and the people who supported him in his career. The said charity bazaar would be the perfect way to do that. Needless to say, the exact details of Gong Yoo's fan meeting event and charity bazaar will be released soon.
