The no-other-than troubled Justin Bieber might be in trouble with the law for a hundredth time again. As confirmed by several news, the department of Los Angeles County Sheriff is investigating the 22-year-old singer after an incident happened at a restaurant in Los Angeles.

"There is an open investigation where someone inside the establishment called and said that something happened with him [Bieber] outside," the sheriff's department said to ET.

However, the complete details of the incident are still being determined according to the authorities as they still have to speak with the "Sorry" singer. Also, the police have not yet confirmed whether Justin Bieber is really involved in the case or not.

Until now, no reps from Bieber's side have responded to the allegation.

According to TMZ, the incident happened while Justin Bieber is was "play fighting" with Kyle Massey, a former "That's So Raven" actor, at around 2 in the morning on Saturday. However, he saw somebody recording him and refusing to delete the said video which made him upset. In return, the "What Do You Mean" singer was accused of headbutting the man -- prompting another person present in the scene to phone the police. However, Bieber was no longer in the area when the officers arrived.

Meanwhile, a restaurant representative said that nobody from the Serafina restaurant was involved in the incident.

"We know very little about the alleged incident at Serafina Sunset with Justin Bieber, but we can assure you that nobody from our staff was involved, nor did we call the police," Director of Public Relations for Serafina Restaurant Group Caroline Mcbride said. "We always have pleasant experiences with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina."

On the other hand, the said victim doesn't want to press any charges against the young singer although police say that it's a possible crime once he's found guilty. However, an investigation of Justin Bieber's headbutting incident is still ongoing.
