While Ashton Kutcher testified at a senate hearing about modern day slavery and sex trafficking, he started things off with a lighter touch before getting into the big and pressing issue. Just before he gave out his testimony, he playfully blew a kiss to Senator John McCain which has put the entire room in a much lighter grasp of the whole thing.

Ashton Kutcher is currently the chairman and co-founder of "Thorn," which is a company that builds a software designed to fight human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of children. Such delicate subject matter has been one of the greatest concerns in today's generations, as more and more minors are now being led to sexual slavery. Thus, he was at the senate hearing with Senator John McCain to make his testimony about it. However, they ensured to start off the entire thing with light humor. Upon sighting the actor, McCain joked and said: "Ashton, you're better looking in the movies." This has then led the actor to blow the senator a kiss in the air.

They then proceeded with the hearing shortly after joking around each other. Reports have claimed that according to Kutcher, he claims that this is the right time to start talking about politics after being mocked and trolled for not doing his day job. The issue of protecting children also touches him personally. He is currently a father of two wonderful kids, the eldest is two years old while the youngest is two months old. He profusely believes that he is exerting just as much effort in pursuing what is right to ensure that the government and the society defend it as well.

Senator McCain has already worked with the actor on this matter in the past since the McCain Institute has partnered with Thorn to prevent child trafficking and exploitation. The merger has created a tool called Spotlight, which helps the law enforcement to identify and stop online networks engaging in human trafficking. Thus, they are up for a good movement, and Kutcher even called McCain a hero in this issue.
