Jung Joon Young To Return In ‘1 Night 2 Days’
So it has been confirmed! Jung Joon Young is joining '1 Night 2 Days' again.
A production member of '1 Night 2 Days' confirmed Saturday, January 7, that Jung Joon Young is returning to the show soon. According to him, "After taking a break to reflect, Jung Joon Young, a member of 1 Night 2 Days, will return to the program starting this month. I will inform you that the program will continue with six members."
"1 Night 2 Days will provide more effort to become an entertainment program that will give laughter to our viewers," the staff added after thanking the viewers for their love and support for the show.
It has also been revealed that Jung Joon Young already participated in filming for the show that happened last January 6th. The episode is said to be shown next week. This means fans can already expect to see Jung Joon Young on next week's episode of '1 Night 2 Days'.
Jung Joon Young had to take some time off after he got himself involved in a scandal last September. The scandal that made him took a short hiatus involved an ex-girlfriend who accused him of sexual harassment. His ex-girlfriend accused him of filming a sex tape without her permission.
The sexual assault was, however, dropped later. Jung Joon Young got acquitted on October 6th because of lack of evidence proving that it was really him who filmed the said sex tape. That, however, doesn't stop the singer-actor from taking a break from the show business to "reflect".
Jung Joon Young took a hiatus from all of his existing shows like '1 Night 2 Days' and 'Mr. Baek'. Fans were also mad when it was announced that SBS will be editing him out of the episodes of 'Laws of the Jungle' which was already filmed. They said it's no longer necessary since he already got his name cleared of the allegations.
