Ivanka Trump, the prominent first daughter of American President-elect Donald Trump, was confronted by a Brooklyn lawyer on the same Jetblue flight Thursday morning.

The 35-year-old businesswoman and former fashion model was with her husband Jared Kushner and their three children on the Jetblue airline set to depart from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport when a male passenger, who carried a child in his arms, started berating her.

"Your father is ruining the country," the passenger said, according to TMZ.

He added, "Why is she on our flight? She should be flying private."

The airline personnel then escorted him off the flight as he complained, "You're kicking me off for expressing my opinion?!!"

JetBlue later released a statement to confirm the incident and said that the passenger was re-accommodated to the next available flight.

The passenger was later identified to be a Brooklyn lawyer named Dan Goldstein, according to Daily Mail.

Goldstein's husband and Hillary Clinton supporter, Matthew Lasner, tweeted this now-deleted post an hour prior the incident, "Ivanka and Jared at JFK T5, flying commercial. My husband chasing them down to harass them. #banalityofevil."

Lasner, who was also kicked off the flight with his husband, refuted reports and said that his husband did not scream but "expressed displeasure in a calm tone, Jetblue staff overheard, and they kicked us off the plane."

This was supported by Marc Scheff, a 40-year-old artist and fellow passenger who sat in the row in front of Trump. He later wrote that Lasner looked "agitated" but did not scream nor seemed like someone capable of violence.

He added that Trump, who ignored the attack and tried distracting her kids with crayons, didn't want to make the incident blow up and that it was the airline security that decided to transfer Goldstein and Lasner.

"She handled the situation calmly and with class," wrote Scheff.
