Actor Vin Diesel showed the brotherhood lives on as he dedicated "The Fate of the Furious" to his "Fast and Furious" co-star and late actor Paul Walker.

It's been three years since Walker died from a single-vehicle collision during a charity event but Diesel proved that their brotherhood is still alive.

Diesel calls the late actor as his brother Pablo and took to Instagram on Wednesday to dedicate the new film "The Fate of the Furious" to his dear brother. It's the latest from the highly successful "The Fast and the Furious" franchise that began with the duo's 2001 film "The Fast and the Furious."

"The arduous road to production, the challenging task of filming this latest chapter. The record-breaking trailer debut and the shocked world at what the dark road implied... you Pablo have given me strength... purpose and resolve. I promised you we would make something you would be proud of and I pray that we have... miss you," wrote the 49-year-old action star.

He also posted a photo of himself and Walker at the 2002 MTV Movie Awards when they took home the Best On-Screen Duo popcorn trophy for "The Fast and the Furious."

They received the same award, however, a year after Walker's death.

The trailer for "The Fate of the Furious," the franchise's eighth installment, broke the global record December 11 when it achieved the largest ever trailer debut with 139 million views in only 24 hours.

The clips also revealed that the team or the family will be broken.

Diesel's character, Dominic Toretto, has betrayed his family and sided with a new antagonist Cipher, played by Charlize Theron.

The film was directed by Gary Gray and shot in Cuba, Iceland, and New York City. Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Jason Statham and Ludacris will reprise their characters while Dame Helen Mirren and Scott Eastwood are confirmed to join the new film.

"The Fate of the Furious" will hit theaters April 14.
