Song Ji Hyo and Kim Jong Kook confirmed to leave ‘Running Man’!

The longest-running variety show in the country, 'Running Man', is about to go through another major change again and fans are not happy about it.

Fans are devastated when one of the original members of 'Running Man', Gary, left the show October this year to focus on his singing career. But it looks the avid followers of the six, almost seven, years old show is about to bid farewell again to not just one, but two, other members! Breaking the heart of a lot of fans is the news that Song Ji Hyo and Kim Jong Kook are to leave the show, too.

It has been recently reported that Song Ji Hyo and Kim Jong Kook have decided to leave 'Running Man'.  The report was confirmed to be true by the labels of both artists.

"Song Ji Hyo is leaving 'Running Man'. There was a long discussion with the producers as it was overwhelming for her to handle both acting promotions and a variety show. She plans to focus on her acting career after leaving 'Running Man'. The date of her departure is currently in adjustment," said MY Company, Song Ji Hyo's label, to confirm the sad news.

King Jong Koo's label, Maroo Entertainment, also confirmed the news by saying, "Kim Jong Kook decided to leave 'Running Man'. The exact date of departure is not yet confirmed."

With two more members leaving 'Running Man', it was reported that Kang Ho Dong will join the show. Fans are, however, not very optimistic about it. With three longtime members leaving the show almost simultaneously, 'Running Man' will never be the same again, they said. They also think that it is better for the producer to totally dismiss the show and just create a new one. Good thing doesn't really last forever, they added.
