'Running Man' is a long-time South Korean variety show that airs on SBS.

Fans of the longest-running variety show in the country, "Running Man," were really devastated upon hearing that one of its original members, Kang Gary, is leaving the show. Gary has been in the show since day 1 that, for the fans, "Running Man" without Gary will never be the same again. But to the delight of the saddened fans, it has been announced that Gary to guest on "Running Man" one last time.

It looks like the show is not ready to let Gary go just yet because they're holding onto him for one more week. If you watched last week's episode, there's a hint for Gary's reappearance on the show. After Gary's last message to the fans who followed the show for seven long years, a caption that says "And 'Running Man' had a beautiful farewell with Gary.... that's what you thought, right?" appeared. That was followed by Gary's face popping out on the screen with another caption that says "Please don't. Leave me alone. This is too much." That gives fans the idea that Gary to guest on 'Running Man' one last time.

To give clarification on last episode's ending, producer Lee Jin Hwan released an explanation today, November 11. According to the show's producer, "As seen on last week's preview, Gary will be appearing on the November 13 broadcast. We did bid him farewell but goodbye isn't forever so we were clingy to the very end. You can think that Gary is the first guest in the first episode of the remaining 5 member-cast without him. He was given a secret mission and I hope you will check it out on the broadcast." That somehow confirmed the fans' hunch on Gary's guesting on "Running Man."

Fans are somehow glad to hear the news about Gary guesting on "Running Man." Maybe one more week with Gary will make the major changes in the show just a little bit bearable.
