Bungie, the developer of the popular video game "Destiny", is now delaying a much-anticipated player versus player mode: "Destiny's Trials of Osiris".

The "Trials of Osiris" was supposed to be released soon until a nasty bug was caught by developer Bungie. The player versus player mode is now on hold indefinitely for now. The game developer is still trying to get the exploit under control. When the problem is solved, the mode will be released, according to Forbes.

"It turns out that there's a particularity nasty bug that would undoubtedly conspire to create a less competitive return to form for 'Trials of Osiris'," community manager David "Deej" Dague wrote. "We're going to disable that bug before we invite you to take your next run at a 9-0. We're also working on a final fix for the bug itself as soon as possible."

David further added, "As soon as we have a solid commitment for Brother Vance, we'll make a formal announcement on when Trial of Osiris will begin again. We hope that most of you recognize the impact a limitless Nightstalker would have on the competitive landscape."

The developer has acknowledged this bug already before it announced the delay of "Destiny's Trials of Osiris", according to the Bungie Weekly Update.

In a lighter note, Bungie will be releasing another difficulty mode of "King's Fall" a week earlier than they had planned. The hard mode will be launched on Oct. 23. Dague gave a few details like the recommended Light Level is 300 to 320 and the loot that will drop will be 310 - 320, according to sources.

The update will also give players new rewards. The Nightfall rewards will be getting better soon, but Bungie is still gathering data before officially deciding the Titan Sunbreaker subclass is overpowered, states a report by Kotaku.
