If things are proven true, the match made in heaven between Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and "Hottest Doctor Alive" Dr. Mikhail "Mike" Varshavski was never a thing, according to the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
According to latest news from the news site, Wurtzbach said there was no one specific that she was dating. But the beauty queen admitted that she and the hunk had met to work out.
Wurtzbach was quoted as saying, "No. There's no specific someone in my life. This is the specific someone. This is the priority."
The Philippine Star also made the same comment about Pia Wurtzbach, whose win at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant last December has made her the apple of the world's eyes. She has been getting hosting and guesting stints all over the world.
"After several photos and clips of her with Dr. Mikhail Varshavski surfaced on the Internet, fans quickly speculated that the two are dating," the Philippine Star said.
Movie News Guide had earlier speculated that the two were dating, after photos of the gym buddies were shown by Pia and Mike at their respective Instagram and Twitter accounts.
"The hunk doctor posted on his Instagram account a photo of him with Wurtzbach during their first meeting. GMA reported that the beauty queen also shared a photo of them together in the gym on her Twitter account," Movie News Guide said.
"Pia Wurtzbach, who is also a gym enthusiast, spent some lovely hours with him in the gym. The good-looking doctor expressed his concern for her when she felt ill," it added.
While Pia Wurtzbach has won the hearts of literally millions after being crowned as Miss Universe 2015, the one that could benefit the most from this news is probably James Franco. The actor was linked to the beauty queen through their social media posts addressed to each other.
"Franco was attached to Wurtzbach's name after he shared on social media a photo with her on the side showing winning poses. It was captioned 'I love the Philippines!' And to this she replied, 'I love you more!'" the site said of the Miss Universe titlist.
