Things Getting Real? Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach Officially Dating Sexiest Doctor Alive Dr. Mike?

Could this be the start of a blossoming love affair between Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and "sexiest doctor alive," Dr. Mikhail Varshavski?

A post at the Manila Bulletin speculated on a gym date between the two, after Dr. Mike himself posted a picture of their meeting barely a week earlier.

"Fans are speculating since Sunday (February 28, 2016) if Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach has finally found 'the one,'" the Manila Bulletin wrote.

"Varshavski, commonly known as Dr. Mike, went out with the 26-year-old Miss Universe titleholder on Saturday (February 27, Philippine time) for a gym date over boxing."

The Miss Universe 2015 title holder earlier posted a selfie of her and Dr. Mike over at her Twitter account, describing the two of them as "Zombies after boxing."

As of this writing, that post has had 1,287 retweets and 6,911 likes and counting.

Meanwhile, a YouTube video uploaded by Beauty Pageant and Fashion Lifestyle Events had fans wondering if Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is dating Dr. Mike.

The nine-second video features Pia Wurtzbach saying "I need a doctor," when asked how she felt about boxing. The later portion of the video had Pia alongside Dr. Mike himself training at the gym.

"Not only that, the two seems to be into sporty activities as revealed by friend Katerina Svigos on Instagram. On Saturday, she wrote: 'Table tennis brings people together #missuniverse #drmike' as her caption in a photo with Wurtzbach and Dr. Mike," the Manila Bulletin added.

The two met earlier this month at a dinner in New York, as posted by Dr. Mike at his official Instagram page.

In it, Dr. Mike captioned the post with the lovely Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach with, "She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she's deathly afraid of the sight of blood
