'Arrow' Season 4 Spoilers: Sexy, Oliver-Obsessed Villain Set To Return
Valentine's day has just passed but in Starling City, it will only arrive when a familiar face that symbolizes the holiday, sort of, shows up.
The Cupid will return to Starling City according to recent "Arrow" season 4 spoilers.
"Valentine's day is just around the corner, so it's an exceptionally appropriate time to share this news: CBR can exclusively report that Amy Gumenick will reprise her role as Cupid on episode 16 of the currently unfolding fourth season of 'Arrow,' which will air in March," Comic Book Resources reported. "No further details on her return were available at press time."
Known as Carrie Cutter, the first ever live-action version of the DC villain was seen in third season of "Arrow" and was played by Amy Gumenick.
She has a total of three appearances in the show. Just like in the comics, Cupid is obsessed with the Green Arrow (Oliver Queen), so obsessed she resorted to brutal ways to get his attention.
Gummerick once hinted an "Arrow" spoiler claiming that her Cupid might have multiple appearances in the CW TV series.
"The nature of [Cupid] is she's so unpredictable and drastic and irrational," the "Supernatural" alum told CBR back in November when asked for more spoilers regarding her "Arrow" character.
"There really is not much logic. She's very impulsive. For me, to get to play a character that in one episode rides the entire emotional spectrum has been so much fun and challenging. It was an incredible opportunity for me that I hope I get to continue to explore, because I think the possibilities with this character are endless. I'm excited to see where they take her."
Cupid will reportedly re-appear in the 16th episode titled "Broken Hearts."
Befor that though, Team Arrow need to be careful as villainous group H.I.V.E. will go after them according to "Arrow" season 4 spoilers.
