According to Who's Dated Who, the TV star previously revealed that his first girlfriend and kiss was actually Miley Cyrus. They reportedly met when they were just 9 years old but broke up after two years. He was then rumored to have dated "7th Heaven" star Mackenzie Rosman from 2002 to 2003.
After breaking up with Gorlick, Posey's supposed next girlfriend was Bella Thorne, whom he was spotted linking arms with while shopping in Los Angeles in 2015.
On the other hand, Posey's on-screen character Scott McCall had two love interests on the MTV show - his first love Allison Argent (Crystal Reed) and Kitsune Kira Yukimura (Arden Cho).
