‘Sailor Moon’ Season 3 Voice Cast Revealed; Designs For Outer Senshi Unveiled

The voice characters for "Sailor Moon Crystal" season 3 have been revealed, as the creators of the popular anime gave a tease of the designs for the Outer Senshis.

According to Anime News Network, Yukiyo Fujii has been added to the cast as the voice of Sailor Saturn, while Hikari Yono will voice Kaolinite, Takuya Kirimoto as Professor Tomo, Takaya Hashi as Pharaoh 90.

Meanwhile, Yuki Nagaku, Chiaki Takahashi, Rina Hon'izumi, Naomi Ōzora and Umeka Shouji will play Witches 5 Mimete, Eudial, Viluy, Tellu and Cyprine.

They will join the returning voice characters of Kotono Mitsuishi as Sailor Moon, Rina Satou as Sailor Mars, Ami Mizunno as Sailor Mercury, Ami Koshimizu as Sailor Jupiter, Shizuka Itou as Sailor Venus, Kenji Nojima as Tuxedo Mask and Ryou Hirohashi as Luna.

"Sailor Moon Crystal" season 3 has a new staff, led by Chiaki Kon ("Golden Time") who will direct the series, replacing Munehisa Sakai, and Akira Takahashi ("Suite Precure") as the principal artist in character designs.

But Yūji Kobayashi will be back to pen the script, as well as Takahashi Kurahashi (art director) and Yasuharu Takanashi (musical score).

Meanwhile, the character designs for the Outer Senshis on "Sailor Moon Crystal" season 3 were already unveiled.

Multiple reports reveal that the plot for "Sailor Moon Crystal" season 3 will center on the Death Busters or the Infinity Arc.

"The new season will assemble all 10 Senshi - specifically, the popular outer Senshi such as Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Saturn will join Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Moon, and the others," said Anime News.

"The new season will adapt the arc from the fifth and sixth volumes of the complete edition of Naoko Takeuchi's original Sailor Moon manga."

"Sailor Moon Crystal" season 3 will reportedly air in the spring. The series will be distributed in North America through Viz Media.
