‘Honey Boo Boo’ Mama June Getting Under Knife After Split With Cheating Husband Sugar Bear
After separating from cheating partner Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson and allegedly moving on with a new man, "Honey Boo Boo" matriarch Mama June is in the news again after reportedly going under the knife.
Mama June Shannon is all set to appear on "Botched" to undergo cosmetic surgery.
A mother of four, Mama June has appeared in a few reality TV series including TLC's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" and WE TV's "Marriage Boot Camp" with estranged partner Sugar Bear who admitted to cheating on her, as shared by Daily News.
"Botched" is an E! reality show about correcting blunders from earlier plastic surgeries. The show features renowned plastic surgeons Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow.
But Mama June is not participating to rectify an older surgery. Instead she aims at having excess skin removed from her body owing to excessive weight loss over the past few years, according to Perez Hilton.
Mama June has recently been dealing with a lot of issues over the past few months, including the shocking revelation from cheating ex-partner, Sugar Bear. Nevertheless, the "Honey Boo Boo" matriarch has been working hard to stay healthy. She has even lost around 70 pounds in the last few years.
She had a plastic surgery consultation, required prior to surgery, and she accidentally happened to bump into "Entertainment Tonight" host Kevin Frazier at the airport.
Frazier snapped a photo with Mama June Shannon and shared it on the social media including the details of the "Honey Boo Boo" reality star's latest cosmetic surgery venture.
"Look who was on my flight #mamajune she's in town to shoot an episode for the show @botched...She has lost so much weight she is now gonna get the extra skin removed...#goodluck [sic]," wrote Frazier, noted Hollywood Life.
