Harry Styles Splits With 1D Management, Follow’s Zayn Malik’s Footsteps In Going Solo

One Direction fans were shaken when the news that Zayn Malik plans to leave erupted in social media and showbiz magazines last year, and seemed to have not recovered yet. And now, it seems that his former co- One Direction bandmate Harry Styles is also eyeing a solo career shortly after Zayn's exit. Is One Direction off to total disbandment any time soon? 

One Direction's management team, Modest Management had confirmed its official split with Styles and signing with CAA's Jeffrey Azoff who happened to be the one who threw the birthday bash Harry attended with Kendall and Kris Jenner. 

"We wish Harry the very best. It has been a real pleasure working with him," Modest Management executives Richard Griffiths and Harry Magee said in a statement to Billboard. "Harry is a total gentleman, and we know our good friend Jeffrey Azoff will look after him," Griffiths and Magee added. 

Harry Styles' new management team has his solo career launch and album currently in the works. His new management revealed in a report by The Sun that the singer will be having the launch by around this time next year. 

Some of the management decisions might also involve retaining Simon Cowell's Syco Music label as Styles' U.K. label. However, some reports claim that Styles wanted to completely disassociate himself with One Direction, and that includes professional connection, according to an earlier report by The Sun publication.

Amid the succeeding shocking news from Malik and Styles, 1D fans still cling to their faith. One Direction is not up yet for a curtain call. Malik who exited the boyband May last year is even open for a reunion. He said he is open for a 1D reunion when the time is right, he told Culture magazine.
