LG's new air purifier and conditioner were unveiled to the public on Thursday.

LG Electronics once again collaborates with Google for its third Nexus smartphone called Nexus 5X. The new smartphone, which features more improved camera and longer-lasting battery, was revealed on Tuesday by the South Korean electronics company, as reported by Korea Joongang Daily on Thursday.

"The Nexus 5X is a well-made product that is a result of a strategic partnership between LG Electronics and Google," says Cho Jun Ho, LG Electronics mobile communications division head. "We intend to target the global market with the phone's reasonable price and attractive functions."

On the other hand, Google, on its official blog says, "We made Android to be an open platform that anyone can build on, and today there are 4,000+ Android devices in all shapes and sizes. Android's diversity is why it's become the most popular mobile platform in the world, and the latest version, Marshmallow, takes Android to a new level of performance."

"While we love all the Android devices out there, every year we build Nexus devices to show off the latest and greatest, directly from the people who built Android. Today we're introducing the latest Nexus treats, both running Marshmallow, sweetened by amazing apps and sandwiched by some cutting-edge hardware."

Know Your Mobile revealed on Friday that Nexus 5X has a 5.2-inch LCD display with full HD resolution, pixel density of 424 ppi, Snapdragon 808 processor with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and with options 16GB and 32GB for storage.

Aside from that, the Nexus 5X also features 12.3MP back camera and 5MP for the front camera. It also features a finger print scanner and a 2,700 mAh battery.

Nexus 5X were made available for pre-orders online in countries Korea, United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland and Japan on Wednesday.

Nexus 5X 16GB costs 509,000 won, while the 32GB option costs 569,000 won, with inclusions of tax and shipping fees.
