Hilary Duff And Mike Comrie Enjoy Hawaii With Son Luca, A Week After Finalizing Divorce

Former Disney star Hilary Duff and ex- husband Mike Comrie were spotted soaking in the Hawaiian sun with their 3-year-old son, Luca.

And there seems to be no awkwardness between the ex-couple even if their divorce was finalized a week prior to the getaway.

Duff was sizzling in her itty-bitty bikini and showing off her incredibly toned stomach and legs on the beach on Feb. 4. Her colorful bikini featured striped and solid patterns. The "Lizzie McGuire" star also tied her wet hair in a loose bun and had her brown sunglasses on, as reported by US Weekly.

Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie started dating in 2007 and got engaged in February 2010. They tied the knot in August of that year. They announced the split in January 2014 after four years of being together

"It wasn't working well enough to stay together, but there was still a lot of love involved," told the 28-year-old actress in March, as reported by Entertainment Tonight. "It was just a slow set-in of us not being the match that we used to be. I'm lucky for the person he is and I am, and how we decided to handle this."

The divorce of Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie got finalized on Jan. 28, 2016. The splitting of assets was settled on the actress paying Comrie $2.5 million in return for keeping their properties, including the Beverly Hills mansion.

The ex-hockey player, meanwhile, got to keep his cars and some jewelry.

Guesting on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Hilary Duff talked about co-parenting with Mike Comrie.

"We have such a great kid, and we're both so obsessed with him," said Duff, as reported by E!

"We are good friends and we laugh a lot and we have a great communication. We share pictures when one is not with Luca. Yeah, he's great," Hilary said.

"We are great and we keep on trucking."

Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie were awarded joint custody of their son Luca as part of the divorce settlement.
