Danica Dillon, the porn star who recently haled Josh Duggar to court, wants to drop her lawsuit against the former "19 Kids and Counting" star.

But the reality star does not seem to be in the mood to let her go that easy.

Danica Dillion, 29, has filed a $500,000 lawsuit against "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar for alleged sexual abuse and battery during a paid sex session.

Now, she seems to be having second thoughts and wants to drop the whole thing with an option to re-file at any point in the future. But Dillon legally cannot drop the lawsuit and re-file as she supposedly lost that right.

According to the new legal documents, Danica Dillon's lawyers approached Josh Duggar's attorneys, asking them to agree on dropping the case. But the counsels for the former "19 Kids and Counting" star disagreed, according to TMZ.

In fact, Dillon was given an ultimatum.

The attorneys reportedly said that they would agree to Danica Dillon dropping the lawsuit only if she promises to never file another case against Josh Duggar, and she take back her online allegations alongside paying the legal bills of the ex "19 Kids and Counting" star, according to Perez Hilton.

Dillon reportedly rejected the offer, saying the reality star should think twice because he has already confessed to his sex addiction and is seeking treatment in rehab.

"19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar previously denied any physical relationship with porn star Danica Dillon.

On the other hand, Dillon insisted that she met the reality star at a strip club in Pennsylvania, where she was employed. She asserted that Josh paid her $600 for a lap dance and later gave another $1,500 for sexual intercourse in a hotel room.

Danica Dillon claimed that Josh Duggar was very aggressive during the intercourse and abused her both physically and mentally. For his part, the "19 Kids and Counting" star insisted that he was not in that state when the said attack took place, according to Mail Online.
