Beyoncé And Jay Z's Relationship On The Rocks? Couple Settles For A $1-Billion Post Nuptial Deal

Beyonce and Jay Z are reportedly working out a post-nuptial agreement that will detail how to divide their $1-billion worth of combined assets in case their relationship crumbles and end up in divorce.

Beyonce and Jay tied the knot in 2008 and have created a massive joint empire since then. So, keeping track of their worthy assets seems to be a pro-active move.

"They have a prenuptial agreement already in place, but so much has happened in terms of their empire that it's needed updating for some time," told an insider about the powerhouse couple, as reported by Radar Online.

"When they went through their roughest period last year, they both agreed it was time to re-clarify certain aspects of their agreement, but it's taken months to go through all their assets with a fine-tooth comb," added the source.

Beyoncé and Jay Z have a daughter named Blue Ivy, 4. And amid the alleged relationship woes, Queen Bey is speculated to be five months pregnant with the rapper's second child.

"Beyoncé and Jay have 'negotiated 50-50 custody terms, plus trust funds for their daughter [Blue] Ivy and any future children, along with who gets what property and possessions if they separate,'" revealed the insider, as reported by Ace Show Biz.

According to previous reports, Beyoncé and Jay's relationship has been crumbling and they have been leading completely disconnected lives.

In fact, according to rumors, the powerhouse couple has been sleeping in separate rooms on the opposite ends of their mansion.

It's said that Jay Z is in quite a hurry to get the post-nuptial agreement in place as he feared the possible emergence of cheating allegations against him, and how it will damage his civil relationship with Beyonce.

Jay Z, who was rumored to be having an affair with singer Rihanna, is allagedly scared that if Beyoncé finds out about his infidelity, she won't divide the assets that easy, noted Celebrity Dirty Laundry.
