‘19 Kids’ Star Josh Duggar To Win Lawsuit Vs Danica Dillon? Good News Comes Amid Divorce Rumors
Good news might be coming down Josh Duggar's way, as the beleaguered "19 Kids and Counting" star is reportedly set to win the lawsuit filed against him by porn star Danica Dillon.
Josh Duggar was battered by sex molestation and cheating rumors, which reportedly prompted Anna Duggar to think about divorce.
Dillon had filed a $500,000 lawsuit against Josh for alleged physical abuse. The porn star claimed to possess photos as proof of her rough encounter with the reality star. As a result, she lost wages after she wasn't able to work after the incident.
The porn star also have the support of her strip club workers. But Dillon has yet to submit proof to back her allegations.
Per court documents, the lawyers for "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar want the case dismissed for lack of evidence.
According to their petition, the alleged victim declined to divulge her medical reports, or the information about her lost wages or the text messages she exchanged with Duggar which could prove the nature of the their relationship, Sheknows reported.
Dillon had previously given a detailed account of the two nights she spent with Duggar. She told that the two met in March, 2015 at a Philadelphia strip club when she invited him to her room.
There, he allegedly choked her and forced her to perform oral sex to the point that she could not breathe.
Dillion also claimed Duggar called her "worthless" and a "dirty s**t" and spat on her face when she tried to shove him off during their rough intercourse, as reported by Mailonline.
The porn star's confession only added to the mounting troubles faced by Josh Duggar. The "19 Kids and Counting" star was already reeling from the sex molestation and cheating reports, in addition to the rumors that wife Anna Duggar is set to file for divorce.
Josh Duggar checked into a faith based rehab facility in Rockford, Illinois and perhaps avoided divorce with Anna in the process.
"Anna is planning on getting back together with Josh, that's just how it goes," said a source from ET. "The family was taught to have a new level of forgiveness towards Josh."
