According to the Daily Mail, Lautner and his former co-star Kristen Stewart were spotted hanging out in West Hollywood recently. This was followed by speculations that the pair were dating.

Stewart famously had an onscreen love triangle with Pattinson and Lautner in the "Twilight" film series.

TMZ reported, however, that they only met for a friendly get together.

The last time the "Abduction" star was rumored to be dating, he was linked to model Raina Lawson, whom he reportedly started seeing just a few months after breaking up with "Tracers" co-star Marie Avgeropoulos.

He was also spotted going on supposed dates with "Pretty Little Liars" star Ashley Benson, as well as his "Abduction" co-star Lilly Collins.

Meanwhile, he dated Taylor Swift in October 2009 but broke up by the end of the year. She allegedly wrote "Back To December" about their relationship. He went out with Swift's gal pal Selena Gomez for a while in 2009 as well.
