HBO scored the "Best Drama Category" award in the Emmys 2015 after 8 years. The network's "Games of Thrones," "Veep," and "Olive Kitteridge" were just among HBO's shows that scored 14 wins in total.
Variety reported, though, "Games of Thrones" received majority of the nominations in the Emmys on behalf of HBO.
Actor, Richard Jenkins, played the leading lady's husband, Henry, in HBO's "Olive Kitteridge," as reported in Entertainment Weekly. Henry's wife, Olive, struggled with depression and relationship problems in the show.
EW described "Olive Kitteridge" as a show that:
"[earns] grand acclaim from critics garnered 13 total Emmy nods, including Outstanding Limited Series and Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series (McDormand)."
