Sean Pertwee earllier gave away "Gotham" season 2 spoilers saying that the remaining episodes won't disappoint. However, that might not be the case for viewers who want to get rid of Barbara Kean played by Erin Richards.

The crazy ex-girlfriend of Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) has been through a lot this season. She went crazy and went after her ex-boyfriend by siding with Theo Galavan. She also assaulted Jim's current girlfriend Lee Thompkins (Morena Baccarin).

But Barbara is not yet done as Ben McKenzie confirmed that Erin Richards' character will return.

"She's in a coma, and in Gotham that means she's very much alive and she's coming back," McKenzie told audiences in Gotham panel at the Wizard World New Orleans when asked to share "Gotham" season 2 spoilers.

The statement came in view of Barbara's last sighting, which was when she was seen in an ambulance after falling off a building.

"And they have a very complicated relationship, which we've only really begun to explore. There's a lot more to come."

But fans would still have to dissect McKenzie's "Gotham" season 2 spoilers.

When the actor said Barbara is not yet done, does this mean she will continue her craziness or does he mean Barbara's story is not yet done in general? Will she then redeem herself?

In the comics, Jim and Barbara ended up together and had a daughter who eventually became the Batgirl/Oracle.

In another "Gotham" season 2 spoilers, Ben McKenzie said they are hoping to address the baby Barbara Gordon storyline. Thus, fans are theorizing that the older Barbara will heal and get pregnant with Jim's child.

"Gotham" TV series has changed many comic book lore. The question now is if Jim's daughter is born in the show, who will be the mother? The crazy ex Barbara or Lee Thompkins, who in the comics, is better known as a friend of Bruce Wayne's family.

The Fox TV series is taking a different path though.

Barbara went crazy and was admitted to the Arkham Asylum. There was even a theory at some point that she is the television's version of the Harley Quinn.

"Gotham" season 2 is set to return is on Feb. 29.
