"Pitch Perfect" stars Skylar Astin and Anna Camp rang in the New Year by getting engaged, which the couple shared on Instagram.

The actors announced the engagement to their fans on Instagram a couple of days ago. Astin posted a selfie of the couple taken inside a car where Camp was seen displaying the huge sparkler on her finger, according to People.

The couple, who wore matching eyeglasses and outfit,  flashed huge smiles in the picture.

"I asked. She said yes!!!" the 28-year-old star captioned the photo on Instagram with a string of heart emoticons.

It is alleged that Skylar Astin asked for Anna Camp's hand in marriage during the "Pitch Perfect" stars vacation in Hawaii.

Camp, who later reposted the picture, wrote in the caption, "He asked. I said YES!!!!"

The "True Blood" actress also thanked her fans for their well wishes.

"Thanks for all the celebration and love!" Camp wrote.

"My heart is super warm today," she added, reported La Times.

Skylar Astin is getting engaged to be married for the first time while the 33-year-old actress was previously married to the "Sirens" actor Michael Mosely. Anna Camp and here x-husband ended their marriage back in 2013.

Skylar Astin and Anna Camp, who appeared together in "Pitch Perfect" last 2012, started dating in June 2013. Though they did not play each other's love interest in the film, they got to be real life couple for good.

The actor was paired with Anna Kendrick, an Oscar nominee, in the flick.

Around the end of last year, the couple was seen enjoying their vacation together in Hawaii. They were photographed on the sands of Kauai beach in their swimwear. Anna Camp looked stunning in a coral bikini and Skylar Astin also showed off what he's got although he was a little out of shape, noted by Mail Online.
