‘Jason Bourne Would Kick The Sh**t Out Of Batman – Absolutely!’ Matt Damon Returns In ‘Bourne 5’

Movie buffs were more than elated to hear news that Matt Damon was returning to reprise his role in the upcoming, and still untitled, "Bourne 5" film.

With the growing casting lineup and continued teasing of plot from Matt Damon, fans could not wait for "Bourne 5" to be released this year.

"Jason Bourne would kick the sh**t out of Batman - Absolutely!" the actor said when asked what the future holds for his character the much anticipated "Bourne 5," courtesy of the Inquisitr.

In a recent interview, "The Martian" actor revealed a small glimpse of what the latest "Bourne 5's" plot will be.

"Bourne has his memory back, but that doesn't mean he knows everything," the actor stated, courtesy of NY Daily News.

"It's 12 years since Jason Bourne has been on the grid. So we have to answer the questions," he added.

"Where's he been? What's he doing? What gets him going again? So once we solved all that, then we had a movie," he further stated.

"We find him in a dark and tortured place," the 45-year old thespian said, courtesy of The Sydney Morning Herald.

"There's been the financial collapse, the great recession, all these issues of cyberwarfare and civil liberties," the acclaimed actor told in an interview with Entertainment Weekly via MSN.

It was mentioned that Damon and director Paul Greengrass came up with the new story for "Bourne 5" after the NSA whistleblowing incident from Edward Snowden transpired, The Sydney Morning Herald claimed.

"Without giving too much of it away, it's Bourne through an austerity-riddled Europe and in a post-Snowden world," the actor said, courtesy of Buzzfeed.

In a recent report, it was noted that franchise co-producer Frank Marshall announced that the first principal photography of "Bourne 5" was already complete, which depicts actor Matt Damon in tip-top shape, according to the Deadline.
