Anna Camp And Skylar Astin Engaged: Where Did The Proposal Take Place?

"Pitch Perfect" stars Anna Camp and Skylar Astin, who have been dating since 2013, are now officially engaged. The soon-to-be married couple shared the news through an Instagram post wherein Camp flaunted her engagement ring while both of them were smiling.

"He asked. I said YES!!!" the 33-year old actress captioned the photo. On the same photo, Astin also shared the news on his own Instagram page and captioned it, "I asked. She said YES!!!"

Not too long after the engagement announcement, the couple was quick to make headlines with people asking where the sweet proposal took place.

While the couple has not disclosed any details about where and how Astin proposed, rumor has it that the 28-year old popped up the question while they were enjoying some time off during their vacation in Kauai, Hawaii.

According to the Daily Mail Online, Camp and Astin went on a sweet vacation in a beach in Kauai wherein the two were photographed sharing a steamy kiss and showing PDA.

In an interview with the Glamour magazine back in 2014, Camp had openly talked about his relationship with the actor whom she considers as her "best friend."

"We were friends first and just hit it off." she said. "He's just so great, and he's a Libra too. He was dating somebody, and I had been through [a divorce] and he was like, 'Do you want to go on a date?'"

She continued, "I remember thinking, 'Well, he's younger than me. He's five years younger. But I was like, 'You know what? OK! Let's do it, let's see.'"

Skylar Astin and Anna Camp co-starred in the first "Pitch Perfect" movie and both had reprised their roles in the sequel which was released in May last year. The release of "Pitch Perfect 3" has already been confirmed last year, but it is not clear yet if Camp and Astin will return.
