Avril Lavigne Celebrates Christmas Without Chad Kroeger After Divorce!

Avril Lavigne celebrated Christmas without her husband Chad Kroeger whom she recently had a divorce.

The 32-year-old Canadian rock star posted a series of snap shots in her Instagram account, showing how she celebrated the holidays without the Nickelback frontman.

Avril Lavigne first posted a photo of herself while wearing a crown, which she captioned it with "Happy Holidays." She then uploaded another photo right after, which showed her looking down while wearing a Santa hat.

Her last photo was a throwback from her childhood days, showing how she was playing the piano with a Christmas tree as her background.

Avril Lavigne captioned her photo, "Throwback to my first set of keys Christmas morning ( Prob 6 or 7 yrs old) with my little sister Michelle. Learned how to play piano on this keyboard."

It clearly showed that Avril Lavigne was not with Chad Kroeger following their divorce last September, US magazine said.

Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger decided to head off for divorce after almost two years of being married.

The "Hello Kitty" hit maker took to her Instagram account to confirm her divorce with the 40-year-old Nickelback front man, People said in a report.

"It is with [a] heavy heart that Chad and I announce our separation today. Through not only the marriage, but the music as well, we've created many unforgettable moments," the "Get Over Me" singer said. "We are still, and forever will be, the best of friends, and will always care deeply for each other. To all our family, friends and fans, thank you sincerely for the support."

The former couple tied the knot in Canada in July 2013.

The "Complicated' singer is now rumored to be dashing her pal Ryan Cabrera. The "True" singer was said to be living together now with the rock star princess.
